So glad I had the Variocage Print
We were traveling on a two lane state road. Traffic stopped abruptly. I stopped in time, but the truck (Ram 1500) behind me did not and rear-ended our Subaru forester and pushed us into the car in front.
The tail gate could not be opened so I removed the dogs safely, who were uninjured, using the rear escape hatch. The crate tie downs did not break and were intact when I removed the crate at the body shop after they opened the hatch.
So glad I had the dogs in the Variocage.
