Early this morning I was involved in a car accident. I hit a patch of ice going 60mph on the interstate. I slid across 3 lanes of traffic hitting the guard rail head on, bounced off, then spun back across the same 3 lanes hitting a concrete divider. All my airbags deployed.

I was taken to the hospital where I ended up walking away with only minor injuries. My Variocage Is always tethered in my cargo area. Luckily my American Bulldog was not with me but if he was, he would’ve been COMPLETELY protected and contained.

This was a Variocage Large Single tethered in the cargo area of my 2018 Jeep Compass. It was fully extended at the time of the accident. The door was fully functional after the impact but the Variocage had compressed as designed to absorb the impact.

I bought this crate for this very reason, to keep me and my dogs safe. I have Peace of mind knowing that my boy is always safe when traveling with me.
